TRJFP CIO is made up of a board of 3 independent and impartial trustees, whom are guardians of all TRJFP intellectual property and the PAYF concept. TRJFP CIC is the operational arm of TRJFP and has a separate board of directors, with founder Adam Smith as its CEO.
